FAQ
What are the class times?
August 4, 2018 Starting Class.
The other call times will be announced in starting class.
If your country/time zone is not listed, you can use a service such as http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html to convert the time in your place. Or just ask Google “If it’s 10AM in Tokyo, what time is it in Paris?” Please use the online tools available to you instead of emailing us. Our team is global and due to our time zone differences, we may not be able to respond in time.
Can I switch groups if I can’t make one of my group’s class times? (only for courses that offer more than one group)
Yes, please just let us know at info@karenneumann .org
If I am not available during the time of the class, how does it work?
Each class is recorded as a video. We also make a back-up Mp3 recording. So, there are two ways you can access the call:
-
The video will be available for a limited time in the ZOOM app and you can access it there.
-
It will also be uploaded to the same Dropbox (online file storage) folder where all of our private instructional videos, PDFs, and Mp3 files are, you can watch on your computer, or even download the file to your own hard drive and watch it later. (Access Dropbox via the link provided in the email you’ll receive a few days before the course starts.)
If I can’t make the live class, can I still get personal feedback?
Yes, you can write in the FB group with any questions you have.
What happens if I drop the call? If you do, you can always just dial back in and rejoin us. Karen may have to do the same , just hold tight, she will be back as soon as she can.

Once you have Dropbox, you can view the files in the shared folder anytime on your computer. But please DO NOT DELETE or MOVE the files from the shared folder. If you want to have them on another device (such as your iPad), make a COPY. Otherwise, the files will not be there when someone else needs to access them. Thanks!
Once again, please use the online tools available to you to resolve any issues, or answer questions if you’re unfamiliar with the applications. Our admin and teaching team is not trained or equipped to offer extensive technical support.
What is the Facebook group?
It’s a private group for our discussions, insights, questions about the mantra practice. Your FB friends can see you’re in the group, but no one but group members can see the posts.
