What is Lenormand?
The Lenormand card deck is named after Marie Anne Lenormand who interestingly never used this deck. The Lenormand system is different in Tarot in that there is always a story created by the combination of cards not just a single card. The cards are read backwards and forwards up and down and in combination with anycard on any side of them. I find that my intuition is most sparked by this Deck. Marie Lenormand was the personal consultant of Napolean and he relied on her information exclusively. The one time he ignored the war was lost.
